Commitment to the confidentiality of personal data
1. The Provider is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all its customer data, usernames/customer names and passwords. The provider will not disclose this information and will not transfer it to third parties for a fee.

3. 4. The term “Personal data” refers to “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person” as defined in Article 4(1)(1) GDPR. Category and types of personal data processed by the Provider:
– Full name
– Address
– Telephone number
– Email address
– Bank account and other financial data
– Username and passwords
5. The privacy notice governs the collection, storage and the use of personal information collected by the Provider through its tools, the site and any third parties with whom the Provider collaborates to fulfill its contractual obligations. The Provider uses the Customer’s information to provide any information and services it has requested or in connection with any products it has ordered:
• to enable it to manage the account in the Customer’s interest.
• allow him to receive payment for the products and services provided
• allow him to respond to messages from the Client, etc.
6. Personal information is processed only on the basis of the legitimate interest, namely the provision of products and services to the client. Access to this data is limited to authorized personnel only. The Provider shall ensure the security of customer information by taking appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or illegal processing, as well as accidental loss, destruction or damage. The provider will never alienate the information provided by the customer to third parties and will not use his personal data for marketing purposes, unless the customer has expressly given his consent to these operations.
7. The Provider will disclose customer information if required to do so by law or law enforcement authorities, or at the request of a third party in the context of current or ongoing legal proceedings, provided that the Provider can do so without violates data protection laws. Customer data will be stored for the duration of the main contract. The provider may need to retain customer data for longer to comply with legal, contractual or regulatory obligations.
8. The customer has the right:
• at any time and free of charge, ask the provider to provide him with copies of all personal information about him.
• ask the provider to change, correct or update the personal information it holds about you.
• ask to opt out of any marketing communications they may receive from the provider.
• ask the service provider to delete all personal information it has about you.
